The rooms are nicely presented and comfortable, with nice tv's and clean linen and plenty of towels. Staff are exceptionally helpful...they even allowed us to attempt to check in for our flight hours after we had checked out as there had been a problem with our airline's site. The location is excellent for O'Connell St's shops, and a leisurely stroll from Temple Bar. All in all, a really pleasant stay and good value for money.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were there for a wedding. The reception hall was designed and set up beautifully, everything finished off to the highest quality. Our room was about 3 minutes away, making it ideal to go back to for a bit of peace. You couldn't fault the room in any way, being clean and tidy with the usual comforts, the way a 4 star hotel room should be. Staff very friendly, all in all, a very relaxing and enjoyable stay !

I've stayed two times in this hotel & I have had positive experiences both times. Staff are courtious & helpful. Rooms were modern, clean & bright. I dined in the Abacus restaurant last time I stayed and it was very nice. I highly recommend this hotel.

I found the Academy Plaza to be a luxurious hotel to stay in at a very affordable price! Its the perfect location for a city break. The hotel is comfortable and clean with a very helpful staff and the Abacus restuarant downstairs is beautiful. It is a lovely clean friendly hotel that is perfectly situated for a city break.

This is a lovely hotel and very centrally located! Very clean and tidy rooms, nice decor and the air conditioning was a lovely bonus! However 12 euro was a bit steep for a buffet breakfast and the hotels website says it provides luggage storage and it doesn't!! I was told to simply leave my bag in the lobby- this is not luggage storage nor is it safe! Apart from that, it was a lovely stay and i would recommend the hotel to anyone

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. We were attending the Neil Diamond concert in Croke Park and it is not too far to walk from the venue. It is very central and very clean and the rooms are furnished to a very high standard. Staff are lovely and overall we enjoyed our stay at Academy Plaza hotel and i would go back to stay there without hesitation.
