Rooms good and clean. Food in restaurant satisfactory for dinner - but better for breakfast. Good channel availability on the TV - important for the kids when the weather was so bad. Loading and unloading into the car was difficult due to no loading bay - all space was taken by a tour bus on both our arrival and departure. Good job our kids were not small!Check in was simple and quick in spite of a large group checking in at the same time. Excellent location and good value for money.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel excellent location in the heart of the city. Booked a single room and received a very nice room with loads of space. Had breakfast which was first class. Staff very friendly, overall. excellent value for money.

as me and my girlfriend were up for a concert our initial suprise that made this hotel ideal in our view was how close it was to the venue, it was a short 2 minute walk. it was also located right across from a 24/7 supermarket which made getting bits and bobs all that easier.
after entering the hotel to check in we were met by a very polite receptionist who gave us a warm and friendly welcome and gave us the feeling that she was gunienly corcerned that we enjoyed our stay to the fullest.
we were then given choice of our hotel room and got a very homely room in the quiet side of the hotel, with a window onlooking the cities fantastic lights.
with a delicious fulll irish breakfast in the morning and a receptionist who made checking out seeem effortless, we headed off with one thought in our minds... "we`ll definatly be staying here again".
