Good welcome on arrival with complimentry tea/coffee. Room was small, had to ask for bath towels. No cold water in sink. Room and on suite shower were "tired" broken plastic on shower door no sheleves in shower room, room windows did not fit and let in drafts,Air conditioner didn't work and control light fashed continuosly. Breakfast was very good and well presented, staff professional and very coutreious. Not good value for money but handy location for RDS.
