The hotel was very noisey. there seemed to be work gojng on everywhere.
we could not get the car parked. we were told to park on a side street.
the roomes were very warm and we could ont turn of the heat.
would not stay there again.

It's old, tatty, smelly and I really didn't want my bare feet on the carpet or to sleep in the bed for that matter.

Rooms were poorly decorated and poorly cleaned. Lobby was very poor, being decorated.Food was ok.Would be slow to stay here again

Room was very comfortable but the electrical cable attached to the iron in room 301 was severed and I was almost electricuted when moving the ironing board. I reported the fault at reception and was offered a different room. It would have been simpler if I offered a different iron.

This hotel was below average.
On arriving there were not enough car park spaces available. I would say there were only about 50 spaces available for the entire hotel.
I had to drive around and around in a very tight area until someone left.
The room itself was clean and clean towels were provided, but the décor was very shabby and the crumbling paint on the ceiling and dirty wallpaper on the walls was a complete turn off. The lampshades on the locker bedside lamps had unsightly holes in them where they were burnt through by the bulb. (Very dangerous to leave them in that state, in fact.)
The kettle was broken and I had to ring down for another one, the television only had one channel, the remote control for the television had no batteries, the hairdryer didn't work at all either. (I deliberately didn’t bring my own and was left short – this was a complete inconvenience)
Over all, I feel the hotel could do with a complete re-vamp to bring up the standard of their rooms. Plus they really need to provide better parking for the customers and proper signage to inform them of what to do if they can't find a space.

What a dump of an hotel! The staff were rude and couldn't be bothered and our room was like something from the dark ages. I never slept a wink as the room was cold and dirty. I will NEVER stay here again and it ruined a lovely night we had at the Neill Diamond concert having to stay in this dump.

Everything was great, except for the musty damp smell just outside the room. The room itself was fine; it had a nice flat screen TV. We did find it loud as the hotel is situated on a main road, and we could hear people talking out the front. It was fine for one nights accommodation. There are some nice places to eat very closeby as well as convenience store and cash machine.
